This document details a proposal for the management of the Mt. Emily Recreation Area. It includes a description of planned motorized and non-motorized use, zones for each, required physical improvements, and addresses a number of potential issues arising from use of the area for multiple types of recreation. It is a supplement to the ATV Grant application, and essentially serves a an agreement about how granted funds are to be used.
All figures were removed from this copy of the Feasibility Study to reduce it to an reasonable size for download.
